Terms of service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Service provider

baticket is provided by OneDev IT Solutions Kamil Stępniewski, ul. Jutrzenki 114C lok. 6, 02-230 Warszawa, Poland · NIP 7011093049 · REGON 522326861 · contact: [email protected]. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

baticket is a web application that helps business and system analysts turn requirements, notes and attachments into structured software-development tickets and related content. Some features use third-party AI services. AI-generated content can contain errors or omissions and must be reviewed before you use or rely on it — baticket is a drafting and productivity tool, not a substitute for professional, technical, legal or business judgment.

3. Plans and pricing

baticket offers three plans. Free gives every account a small set of features to try the product, with no payment details required. Pro is a per-account monthly subscription (currently €5 / $6 / 20 zł depending on your billing currency) that unlocks unlimited feature generation and a generous monthly AI usage allowance, billed against our actual underlying AI cost rather than a flat token count. Enterprise is a single company-wide subscription covering a fixed seat tier (100, 250, 500 or 1000 members), priced at the same per-seat rate as Pro; the buyer becomes that company's admin and invites teammates from the Company page. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Pro prices and allowance top-ups are gross prices — they already include VAT, and the price shown is the full amount you pay (e.g. 20 zł a month means 20 zł in total). Enterprise prices are net — VAT is added at the applicable rate, and we issue a VAT invoice for every Enterprise payment.

4. Billing terms

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Pro subscriptions and card-paid Enterprise subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page (via the Stripe customer portal) — access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and we don't give partial refunds for the unused remainder, without prejudice to consumers' right of withdrawal described in section 6. Allowance top-ups are one-time, non-recurring purchases, added to your allowance as soon as they are paid.

Enterprise can instead be paid by bank transfer against an invoice: at checkout the company gives its tax ID (e.g. NIP in Poland) and billing address, which we print on the invoice, and confirms the order shown on the summary screen. That invoice is sent by our team, is due within 14 days, and the company's plan is marked pending until we've confirmed payment, at which point it activates. Invoicing details can be corrected later from the Company page. Only one Enterprise (or Pro) subscription is billed per company; a company already on a plan does not need — and can't start — a second self-serve subscription.

5. Price changes

We may change plan prices, for example because of changes in our AI, infrastructure or payment costs, taxes, or the scope of the service. We'll tell you about any change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. A new price applies only from the first billing period that starts after that date — never to a period already paid for. If you don't accept the new price, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect, at no cost.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy Pro or a top-up as a consumer — or as a sole trader for whom the purchase isn't of a professional nature — you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by email to [email protected], e.g.: “I withdraw from my baticket Pro contract concluded on [date]. Account email: [email].” It's enough to send it before the 14 days run out. We'll refund what is due within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method.

Pro and top-ups start as soon as they are paid. Before paying, you're asked to expressly request that. As a result: Pro — if you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund the payment minus the part proportionate to the service provided up to the day you withdrew; top-ups — once the top-up has been added to your allowance at your request, the right to withdraw from that purchase ends, as you acknowledge at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the requirements, notes, attachments and other content you submit (“your content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, transmit and process your content only as far as needed to provide the service and generate the output you request, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with the law. We don't acquire ownership of your content by you submitting it. You're responsible for having the right to submit it.

8. AI processing

To generate output, we send the relevant parts of your content — such as requirements and attachments — to our AI provider. The provider, the safeguards for international transfers, and what we do and don't do with your content are described in the Privacy Policy. Don't submit passwords, access keys, payment card details or other information that isn't needed to generate the output.

9. Generated output

Subject to the law and third parties' rights, you may use the output baticket generates for any personal or business purpose, including in software development, analysis and consulting work you deliver to your own clients. AI output may not be unique — similar output can be generated for other users — and we don't guarantee it is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Review it before use.

10. Acceptable use

You may not: use baticket unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; submit content you're not entitled to submit; try to access the service or other users' accounts without authorization; disrupt, overload or circumvent the technical limits of the service; share a seat's login outside your own company; resell access to baticket; or use it to build or run a competing automated ticket-generation service. Delivering generated tickets and documents to your own clients is allowed.

11. Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you're responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone has accessed it without permission, tell us promptly at [email protected]. Enterprise admins are responsible for managing their company's members and seats.

12. Technical requirements and availability

To use baticket you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address. The service relies on third-party infrastructure and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance or outages.

13. Automatic deletion

Requirements, attachments and generated files are deleted automatically 12 hours after creation and are not archived — export anything you need to keep before then.

14. Intellectual property

baticket — its software, interface, branding and documentation — belongs to OneDev IT Solutions or its licensors. Apart from the rights expressly given in these terms, no rights in baticket are transferred to you.

15. Complaints

If something isn't working as it should, send a complaint to [email protected], with your account email and a description of the problem. We'll reply by email within 14 days of receiving it.

16. Closing your account, suspension

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address linked to it. We'll cancel any active subscription and delete the account within 14 days; data we're legally required to keep, such as invoices, is kept only as long as the law requires (see the Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms. Where reasonably possible, we'll first ask you by email to stop the breach; we may act without notice if the breach is unlawful or threatens the security of the service or other users.

17. Changes to the service

We may improve, change or remove features of baticket. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we'll give you reasonable notice, and you can cancel before it affects you.

18. Liability

We provide baticket with reasonable care and skill, but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business opportunities, losses caused by relying on AI output you didn't review, or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control. For business customers, our total liability relating to a paid plan is limited to the fees paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for intentional misconduct, or consumers' mandatory rights.

19. Business customers

If you order baticket for a company or other organization, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

21. Accepting these terms

Creating an account requires accepting these Terms of Service and acknowledging the Privacy Policy; we record the date and time of that acceptance against your account.

When you order Pro, we record the date and time you accepted these terms and requested that the service start immediately; for a top-up, the date and time you requested that it be added immediately. When you tick the acceptance box and confirm an Enterprise order, we record that acceptance — together with the date and time, and the order details shown on that screen — against your company's account.
